decided to skimp out on the workout and spend time with family instead.
i don’t think i’ll be seeing this side of the family before i move, so might as well enjoy it 🙂
tomorrow morning i’ll stick with the same plan, the swim/cycle bricks of a sprint tri
sprint – 750m swim, 12 miles on the bike, 5k run
olympic – 1000 swim, 24 miles on the bike, 10k run
