freakin weather.

so it was my running day and i was going to go for about 3 or 3.5… since there’s been a monsoon hitting my area, along with tornados… i figured it would be best to hit the gym again. about a mile and a half on the treadmill my shins started acting up. called it quits half a mile later… a whopping two miles… 😦

did some hard core ab work that i know i’m going to feel tomorrow… 5 combines minutes of planks, leg lifts and crunches. also did some leg workouts since i felt cheated from my run

total let down. tomorrow will either be a two brick tri workout or a rest day. i can’t decide. who am i kidding… more than likely i’ll be working out…
